By default you will see some values set for the "title" field. It looks like this:

Since we haven't covered these yet, we will do that just now.
Label
The (clickable) label just above the form input (a text input for example or a textarea). This should be a string value and can be wrapped with the translatable function that comes with concrete5: t("Your string here").
Description
The description will display at the start of the label, by displaying a question mark and showing the text upon hover. This should be a string value and can be wrapped with the translatable function that comes with concrete5: t("Your string here")
Required
A boolean, either true or false. If set to true, a "Required" text will be added to the label. Defaults to false.
Searchable
A boolean, either true or false. If set to true, and the field type allows it, this field will be added to your search index. The field type itself takes care of what should be entered in your search results, no worries. Defaults to true.
